If you have to cancel please email details. Up to 21 days before the course there is no charge. 21 to 7 days before the course there is a 25% charge. Within 7 days of the course your booking fee will be forfeited.
If you’d like to transfer to a later event, please email details. Up to 7 days before the course there is no charge. Within 7 days of the course there is a 25% charge. If you’d like a colleague to take your place, please email details. There is no charge.
We reserve the right to cancel the event up to 7 days before the course. Alternative events will be available, otherwise a full refund will be provided.
Course fees cover the cost of materials supplied by us, the trainers’ time, refreshments and room or equipment rental we undertake.
