PRINCE2 2009 was launched on 16th June 2009.
The first PRINCE2 2009 Corporate Briefing was held in July at the Cabinet War Rooms and Churchill Museum in London. 
Due to the success of that event and demand for further events we are pleased to announce we are hosting another PRINCE2 2009 Corporate Briefing at the Imperial War Museum in Manchester on 12th October.

Purpose
The PRINCE2 2009 Corporate Briefing is designed for organisations that use PRINCE2 or are considering adopting PRINCE2 2009 and that would like to know:
·         what improvements to expect corporately from converting to the updated method
·         what needs to be done corporately to update to the new method
·         the recommended approach to adopting or updating to PRINCE2 2009

About the event leader
 
Andy Murray is a Chartered Director and PRINCE2 Registered Consultant, having worked in the field of Projects and Programmes for over 15 years. 
Andy was an early adopter of PRINCE2 (in 1997) and has been helping organisations in numerous countries implement and gain value from PRINCE2 ever since. He was formerly on the executive committee of the Best Practice User Group and founded a PPM Community of Practice in the Middle East.  Andy was the co-author of the PRINCE2 Maturity Model Guide and in April 2007 was appointed as Lead Author for the update to PRINCE2. 
In 2008 Andy received a special merit award for individual contribution to best practice methods.
