Purpose

The purpose of the MSP Facilitated Workshop is to assist programme managers with the process of Identifying a Programme or Defining a Programme as defined by the OGC’s Managing Successful Programmes (MSP).

Service Details

The service is delivered in three phases:

Preparation

The Outperform consultant will review the programme documentation available to date and liaise with the Programme Manager to identify who needs to participate at the workshop, determine when and where it should take place, the specific objectives for the workshop and prepare and issue a Workshop Brief to all of the participants.

Delivery

The 1-day workshop will be facilitated by a registered MSP consultant.

The workshop can be used for any of the following:

·         Defining the vision

·         Developing the Blue-print

·         Defining a Programme Plan

·         Developing the Benefit Profiles

Support

The Outperform consultant will produce a set of notes from the workshop, and critique the appropriate MSP documentation produced by the client.

As this is a point-in-time service it yields the highest impact for the least cost or intrusion on your programme.
