Who are we?
Outperform are a group of management practitioners experienced in delivering complex bids, projects and programmes within both the public and private sectors in the UK and internationally.
All our practitioners have 10's of years of experience and are active within their professional communities - ensuring both their knowledge and experience is current with latest methods, techniques and tools.
Our practitioners are certificated in recognised methods (PRINCE2™, MSP™, M_o_R®) but are also capable of working with proprietary or in-house methods.
As an Accredited Consulting Organisation (ACO), we also have Registered Consultants who have been assessed by the APMG in accordance with BS EN 45011 as being sufficiently experienced and skilled to offer best practice advice and guidance in their specialist areas (PRINCE2™, MSP™, M_o_R® and PPM). In fact we are currently the only Accredited Consulting Organisation licensed to consult in all of the OGC best practice methods.
Our extensive experience and strong support for the OGC best practice methods was one of the reasons why Outperform director, Andy Murray, was appointed as Lead Author for the PRINCE2 Refresh.
We are corporate members of the Association for Project Management (APM), the Best Practice User Group (BPUG), are an approved supplier to UK utlities (Achillies) and are ISO9001 Certified.
