 “A commitment to quality is one of five core values on which Outperform was founded.  It is integral to our strategy to delight customers through fulfilling their business requirements.  Quality is everyone’s responsibility:

Everyone contributes to the success of the company and its customers by either, selling, delivering, developing or supporting people who sell, deliver or develop.

Everyone must ensure we consistently fulfil client requirements by asking three key questions: Are we doing the right thing? Are we doing it right? Can we do it better?

Managers will enable our quality principles to be upheld by providing sufficient time and resources to enable everyone to do the right thing the right way.

The Executive Management Team will regularly review performance against quality objectives and act on lessons learned in order to continuously improve our ISO 9001 derived QMS.”
